Habibullah N. Karim
Habibullah N.Karim is the founder and CEO of Technohaven Company Ltd., a software and IT services firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is also the founding secretary general and a past president of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS.org.bd). Karim was the Convener of the Working Group of the ICT Policy Review Committee in 2008 which drafted the Bangladesh ICT Policy 2009. Quamrul Mina is a software entrepreneur and CEO of Pragma Systems, an infrastructure and security software company, based in Austin, Texas, USA. Pragma’s flagship software achieved the distinction of holding the US Govt/DoD Approved Product List (APL) status in 2011. An accomplished software architect and developer, he was a principal designer of several commercially successful networking products used worldwide for IBM, Tivoli, HP/Tandem and Novell where he led large software teams to build many key products.
